magellan offers inspection trips where you can visit the developments and inspect the properties and surrounding area for yourself first hand.

Once you have decided, we would be pleased to make all the arrangements required. When you arrive at Alicante, we will meet you at the airport and take you to a private apartment or a hotel. The first day we will do a tour of the area pointing out all the local landmarks and informing you of where the closest facilities and services are. The same day or possibly the next we will then concentrate on properties that you have specified and possibly more. You will have plenty of time to decide on the property of your choice with no pressure what so ever.

All representatives of magellan live in the area you will be visiting, which gives us the best local knowledge and allows us to be up to date with all the latest developments and price structure.

Example of an inspection tour:

Day 1:

Flight to Alicante or Almeria. Collection at the airport by our representative, and transfer to apartment or hotel.

Day 2:

Tour of the area and viewing properties with our representative.

Day 3:

Viewing new developments and resale properties

Final viewing, and assistance with opening bank accounts, legal advice etc. if required; Transfer to airport
