Please let me start by introducing Magellan. 

Magellan was founded in 1999 and has flourished to this present day selling both resale and new properties mainly in the south of Spain´s Costa Blanca. 

The current directors are Erik Fliedl and Alex Newman.

Erik Fliedl was a co founder of the company in 1999 and Alex Newman was also linked to the Magellan almost from its very beginning.

Our aim at Magellan is to find the right property in a budget you can afford. 

In the past few years the market has started to really move and new developments have been starting up with modern design housing. This new style has proved to be very popular with many projects selling long before completion of the building.  There are still a few bargains around but for how long I can´t answer.

We specialize and have a vast selection of properties for sale in Las Ramblas Golf. We find this very popular with both golfers and non-golfers. The reason is even if you are not a golf fan the houses on this development are of high quality with marble floors and bathrooms. Plus the location is hard to beat as the shops and beaches are only a short drive away. It is very hard to find anywhere in Spain this close to the coast with so much green area and nature on hand. If you fancy a lazy day by the pool, Las Ramblas has extremely nice community areas which are seldom busy. 

Patrimi is the main builder on this urbanization and new promotions are being released on a plot with good views of green zones. It is possible to reserve a new modern apartment with a 40% payment and pay the rest when the property has been fully completed. If you decide to go down this route Magellan will make this a very easy process and take the stress out of buying. De nombreux changements dans cette région ont eu lieu dans cette période récente. Ces changements ont grandement amélioré Orihuela Costa. Un nouveau centre commercial à La Zenia http://zeniaboulevard.es/gbr/home a été ouverte au cours des dernières années. Ceci est le plus grand dans la Provence d'Alicante. Maintenant, il est vraiment pas nécessaire d'aller bien loin pour rien. Toutefois, si vous faites de fantaisie voyager un peu plus loin il y a aussi une autoroute avec des sorties à la fois La Zenia et Campoamor. Il est seulement une heure de route du parc à thème Terra Mitica, http://www.terramiticapark.com/en/, Terra Natura zoo http://www.terranatura.com/Eng/Inicio/Index.aspx, Mundomar http: / /www.mundomar.es/lang/en et parcs aquatiques.

Orihuela Costa est devenu un endroit très populaire à la fois acheter une maison de vacances et de se déplacer sur une base permanente. Il y a plusieurs raisons à cela. Ceux-ci incluent un accès facile à certains terrains de golf fantastiques (Villamartin Golf, Campoamor, Las Ramblas Golf et Colinas Golf.). Si le golf est pas ce que vous cherchez ne pas de panique que les nombreuses plages de la région Orihuela Costa sont de sable et vous garder occupé. Ils étendent de Playa Flamenca à Campoamor, y compris La Zenia et une belle baie de Cabo Roig le long du chemin.

Pour le divertissement et la nourriture que vous avez un grand choix de l'endroit où aller. La place originale au cœur de Villamartin est toujours un choix populaire. Ce choix a maintenant élargi, comme La Zenia Boulevard offre une grande variété de choix alimentaires de Tapas, des pizzas, des steaks et beaucoup plus. Souvent, il y a des animations le long d'un grand écran dans une position centrale qui peut être vu de la plupart des endroits. Un autre choix serait le centre de La Fuente, situé aux portes de Campoamor et Las Ramblas Golf. En été, certains bars ont des spectacles tous les soirs. Ceci est également l'emplacement de notre bureau.

Climat à Orihuela Costa.

Une raison importante pour faire un achat dans ce domaine est le climat fantastique. Même dans les mois d'hiver, vous pouvez voir des sommets allant jusqu'à 20 C plus. Il y a des lacs de sel dans la région de ceux-ci font pour une qualité de l'air en bonne santé. Certaines personnes ont même se déplacent ici pour des raisons de santé. problèmes arthritiques peuvent être moins pénible, les douleurs peuvent disparaître.

Villamartin - Las Ramblas Golf - Campoamor Golf etc.. 

Many changes to this area have happened in this recent time. These changes have vastly improved Orihuela Costa. A new shopping centre in La Zenia  http://zeniaboulevard.es/gbr/home  has now been open for the past few years. This is the biggest in the Provence of Alicante. Now it is really not necessary to go far for anything. However if you do fancy travelling a bit further there is also a motorway with exits at both La Zenia and Campoamor.  It is only an hour’s drive to Terra Mitica theme park, http://www.terramiticapark.com/en/  , Terra Natura zoo http://www.terranatura.com/Eng/Inicio/Index.aspx   , Mundomar http://www.mundomar.es/lang/en  and water parks.

Orihuela Costa has become a very popular place to both buy a holiday home and move on a permanent basis. There are many reasons for this. These include easy access to some fantastic golf courses ( Villamartin Golf, Campoamor Golf, Las Ramblas Golf and Colinas Golf.). If golf is not what you are looking for don´t panic as the many beaches in the Orihuela Costa area are all sandy and will keep you occupied. They stretch from Playa Flamenca to Campoamor including La Zenia and a nice bay in Cabo Roig along the way.

For entertainment and food you have a large choice of where to go. The original plaza in the heart of Villamartin is still a popular choice. This choice has now expanded, as La Zenia Boulevard offers a vast variety of food choices from Tapas, pizzas, steaks and many more. Often there is entertainment along with a large screen in a central position that can be viewed from most locations. A further choice would be La Fuente centre, located outside the gates of Campoamor and Las Ramblas Golf. In the summer some bars have live entertainment every night.  This is also the location of our office.

Climate in Orihuela Costa.

A large reason for making a purchase in this area is the fantastic climate. Even in the winter months you can see highs of up to 20 C plus. There are salt lakes in the area these make for a healthy air quality. Some people even move here for health reasons. Arthritic problems can be less harrowing, aches and pains can fade away.
